New Four Bedroom Detatched House

£500,000 contract for a new four bedroom detached house in a village setting.
This house for a private client has recently been constructed in the garden of their existing house. We worked over a two year period with the local planning authority to ensure that the new house would fit into the semi-rural location and harmonise with the style of the neighbouring buildings by the use of traditional materials and details.
The new house incorporates many energy saving features including mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, solar P.V. and rainwater harvesting.
