Garage Construction and Coach House Alterations

This project involved a new detached garage and workshop with alterations to a coach house in the grounds of the client’s large detached property.
The coach house had previously contained a garage and workshop with a first floor playroom. The client wished to convert the coach house to separate living accommodation and build new separate facilities adjacent for the garage, workshop and playroom for grandchildren.
As the property is located in green belt we had to work closely with the planning authority to produce an acceptable solution.
